Dr. Patrick J. O'Keefe

Dr. Patrick J. O'Keefe is a specialist in the law and procedures for recovery of looted heritage, and has advised international organizations, governments and private parties. He was consultant to the Council of Europe for the Resolution on Looted Jewish Cultural Property and to authorities in Lithuania for the Vilnius International Forum on Holocaust-Era Looted Cultural Assets. A Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London, he is a member of many international expert bodies.
