Jewish Family Regains Painting Looted By Nazis

PARIS -- An Alfred Sisley painting that was looted from a Jewish family during
France's Nazi occupation was handed over to its rightful heir Friday. The impressionist tableau, "Soleil de Printemps, Le Loing" (Spring Sun, the Loing River), was returned to Pierre de Gunzburg, whose grandfather purchased it in 1900. It is worth an estimated $3.6 million.
