Helena Krejcová

Dr Helena Krejcová is Director of the Documentation Centre for Property Transfers of Cultural Assets of WW II Victims in Prague. She founded the Institute of Contemporary History in Prague and is a member of its Academic Council. She is also a member of the Assembly of the Czech Academy of Sciences and on the board of the Monument of Theresienstadt. Her research and publications have focused on the history of Jews in Bohemia, Czech-Jewish assimilation, the Holocaust in Czechoslovakia and the history of the Jewish population in Czechoslovakia after 1945.
