Description
Records include gallery correspondence, receipts, price lists, newspaper cuttings, photographs, artist files, an account book, 15 files on Childe Hassam, and 19 files on the Marie Sterner Gallery. The gallery was established as the Leonard Clayton Gallery when Clayton took over the Marie Sterner Gallery. It later changed its name to Clayton-Liberatore Gallery (from the name of Clayton's niece, Mary C. Liberatore).
