Summary
This decree declared Government Decree No. 1600/1944 illegal. Decree No. 200/1945 also promised that issues relating to Jewish properties would be settled within 30 days.
(Decree No. 1600/1944 of April 16, 1944: The Sztojay government, installed by the Germans, was immediately dismissed. It mandated the reporting and sequestration of all properties owned Jews, including jewellery, bank accounts, and safety deposits).
