Summary
This Resolution mandated the establishment of
the Hungarian Jewish Heritage Public Fund. The Law authorised the government to
use 4 billion Hungarian Forints (HUF) and issue indemnification vouchers against
this amount. These vouchers could be converted into annuities, provided that the
person entitled to receive the annuity resides permanently in Hungary and is
listed in Section 27, paragraph 2, of the Paris Peace Treaty
. Moreover, the person must be 60 years old or older.
