Paintings looted by the Nazis from the homes of French Jews have gone on display in Paris. Fifty-three works, including many whose prewar owners were never traced, form the core of the exhibition, entitled Looking for Owners. The show, which features artists including Delacroix, Ingres, Monet and Seurat, runs until October 26 at the Museum of the Art and History of Judaism (
