The Center for Transnational Legal Studies, London, invited the public to its final 2008-09 Lecture in Transnational Justice.  The series featured leading figures in the law and the legal academy discussing issues of transnational law and justice.  This lecture featured Burt Neuborne, a professor at NYU Law School, a renowned civil liberties lawyer.and the lead lawyer in a successful $1.25 billion international lawsuit by Holocaust survivors against Swiss banks.   His lecture discussed that case, and was entitled, Stopgap Judicial Imperialism: The Use of American Courts to Resolve Transnational Disputes - Lessons of the Holocaust Cases
